MaaJoba Buyer Protection Policy

MaaJoba Buyer Protection Policy

Upon successful payment, MaaJoba safely holds buyers money in an escrow account until their orders are successfully delivered (items received as described by vendors on the order day) to them. At that point, buyers would authorize MaaJoba to release their payment to vendors. Until then, vendors would not get paid, even if they does not offer returns.

MaaJoba Buyers have up to 45 days from the shipping date to be covered by our Buyer Protection Policy on tangible items.

Easy Refund and Dispute Policy

If you are not satisfied with an order, you can open a dispute against that order within your MaaJobaBuyer account using our user-friendly dispute application. Vendors have up to 8 days to resolve any dispute you may have opened. If both parties agree on full refund, then MaaJoba will issue you full refund once you return the items back to the vendor's store. Because, your money in an escrow account when you buy, you are protected under our Buyer Protection Policy.

We highly recommend vendors and buyers to come up to a mutual agreement to resolve any dispute. However, if an agreement could not be found between Buyers and Vendors within the allotted time (8 days), and the dispute has escalated, it is up to the Buyer to request MaaJoba to step in to help resolve the dispute.

Secure Payment

Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed on our server, and is not submitted to Vendors or any third party.
