What is MaaJoba e-wallet?
In order to make your shopping experience easier, MaaJoba has developed the concept of MaaJoba e-wallet. You can add in advance funds to your MaaJoba e-wallet (it comes by default with your account) to be used later in the MaaJoba Marketplace. For instance, if you have sufficient funds in your e-wallet, and your grand total due for a given order is less than available funds in your e-wallet, you can just use your e-wallet as payment method at checkout without entering your credit card information. Hence, the e-wallet saves you time and helps speed up checkout. MaaJoba e-wallet is quick, safe, secure and convenient.
In addition, if you are planning to do several purchases in a short period of time (holiday seasons) in the MaaJoba Marketplace, MaaJoba e-wallet is more convenient as you only need to add sufficient funds once and use your e-wallet to expressly checkout.
The same concept applies to vendors where they can use funds in their MaaJoba e-wallet in the Marketplace.
Can I still use my MaaJoba e-wallet if my total due is greater than available funds in my e-wallet?
Yes, even if you don't enough funds in your MaaJoba e-wallet to cover your total due for a given order, you can still use available funds in your e-wallet, and you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance using your credit card. We made it easy!
How do I track balance in my MaaJoba e-wallet?
Log into your MaaJoba customer account, click the MaaJoba e-wallet Tab, and in the menu, click the link View Details. The page will list all purchases you made using your e-wallet, amount charged, purchase date, order number and available funds in your e-wallet.
How to add funds to MaaJoba e-wallet?
Log into your customer account, click the MaaJoba e-wallet Tab, and in the menu, click the link Add Funds. Enter the amount you will like to add and proceed.
