Maplenu Shop's Return Policy   Basic return policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unaltered and in the same condition you received it. Ship it back along with your receipt within 14 days from the order date. If your return is approved, we would initiate a refund minus shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refund policy if we ever ship damaged items: If we ever shipped you a damaged item, you would need to ship it back in the same condition you received it along with your receipt within 14 days from the order date. If we determine that the item has been damaged in our warehouse before shipment, then you would be eligible for item exchange.
