Zizii Couture's Return Policy   Basic return policy: For returns, you have to ship your items back to us in the same conditions you received them within 7 days from the order date. If returned items are in the same conditions as received, a refund excluding shipping fees will be issued back to you. Refund policy if we ever ship damaged items: If we ever delivered wrong or damaged items to you, once returned back to us in the same conditions you received them, we will replace them.
