If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Simply ship it back along with your receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unworn or unaltered and in the same condition you received them. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging.
If your return is approved, we would initiate a refund minus shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from their order date.
Refunds
Once your items are shipped back to us, we will inspect them. We will then reply to your return claim on the MaaJoba platform and update you on your refund status. All claims are seamlessly processed online through your MaaJoba account. |
| Refund policy if we ever ship damaged items: |
If we ever shipped you a damaged item, you would need to ship it back in the same condition you received it along with your receipt within 14 days from the order date.
If we determine that the item has been damaged in our warehouse before shipment, then you would be eligible for item exchange. |
